The 2009 awards ceremony

Here at Badenoch & Clark we’re passionate about people, and we get positively excited about identifying talented individuals. So we were thrilled to be able to recognise the up and coming stars of Operations, and to bring them to the industry’s attention.

This is the second year of the awards, and the overwhelming response we received forced us to move to a bigger and better venue. Thanks to the attention given to the awards by our media partners Here Is The City and CNBC, and added interest from the likes of City AM we received over five times more entries this year and hundreds of industry professionals celebrating at the ceremony.

    I was completely shocked to win, but very excited.

    I was at the ceremony with the rest of the team and it was fantastic to see my colleagues really happy for me. We are all really supportive of each other, and that has helped me learn so much in the role since I came to London from Sweden where I worked for SEB.

    I'm looking forward to progressing with the Bank, and I'm sure this award will help my future career.
