Apprentice
An individual who has entered our sector as an apprentice, yet developed their own skills beyond the remit of their original appointment. This individual may or may not have progressed from their original role but will have been earmarked as a leader of the future through showing considerable leadership on a specific project or task or indeed just by performing over and above in their daily role. The only criteria we will judge the individual against is the fact that they must have been in the transportation and civil engineering sector for under three years.
Graduate
An individual who has entered our sector as a graduate, yet developed their own skills beyond the remit of their original appointment. This individual may or may not have progressed from their original role but will have been earmarked as a leader of the future through showing considerable leadership on a specific project or task or indeed just by performing over and above in their daily role.
